Our Studio

Producer and engineer Ben Morey began Submarine Sound Studio in his attic in Rochester’s South Wedge in 2011. Since then he’s made hundreds of recordings for local and national artists of all genres. In 2020, Ben and his wife bought a large dentist's office and set to work making it the new home for the Submarine Sound Studio and The Submarine School of Music. The new space lends itself perfectly to recording and teaching and is now a community hub for nurturing all things music.
